This weekend N and her friend A traveled to the 4H State Gymkhana competition.
The results?
Tenth in poles, 5th in barrels, 11th in plug and 13th in LT Special. I know she was disappointed for placing out of the top ten twice but overall she was pleased.
Her friend A got two reserve placings and two top tens in the lower age division.
I am continually amazed that they are such good friends despite the fact they are both very competitive. They cheer each other on and are honestly happy for each other.
Next year both girls will have new horses to take to state. They are both hard workers, so I imagine they will be ready to go come September 08.

Sounds like they have a special relationship if they are that competitive and still can cheer each other on! Very cool!
