No I haven't disappeared

A quick update. After searching for studio space I came to the realization that (duh) maybe I should just sit down and create something in the space I already have. It has all the amenities that a studio space wouldn't: no one charging me monthly rent, no heat bills, running water, cats that try to lay on my work, cats that try to drink the paint, cats that step in the paint, (see a pattern)?

I have been gone because I'M PAINTING! Yes, it's true. Even over the weekend while I was away at my family's version of Thanksgiving, I brought all my paints for study work.

After tomorrow I will have a short break before I move on to the next painting...So I should get a chance to post some of the studies and the final painting.
