I love this shot. I knelt down at the rail for it. Gus' tail is beautiful. I think this was the first time I had ever seen it. N borrowed him for showmanship, he is our trainer's pleasure horse. His tail is usually in a tail bag, tucked away and protected.

That is an extraordinary tail! Just gorgeous.
Kinda looks like there is an extension in there because the end is blunt...but it is very very hard to tell.
That is one good looking boy and wonderful tall and I will be even more impressed if it is real.
Is it true that you are from Wisconsin???? I think I saw that mentioned somewhere as I have been browsing through your archives...
I am also a wisconsinite and have shown horses all of my life...though I dont have any right now.

Actually it really is his tail. Our trainers other horse had an extension put in while I was watching...Gus' is 100% natural.
