Here's a picture of Sierra and myself about half way through a horse show. N must be getting ready to ride her soon, as she is still in full tack. I must note that this was before my weight loss, because I am vain like that. I also must say that I worked hard a putting that weight back on this winter and did a relatively good job. Now I'm back working at losing it again. (Notice a cycle? - kind of like a yo yo???)
As noted below this weekend will be the first horse show of the year for my girls. For myself that will mean hours of watching, preparing, sitting, eating, and chatting. A fellow horse mom and I call it the eleven hour picnic.

There you've got it: horses and art! Beautiful woman asleep in foreground of lush pastoral scene...reminiscent of Gainesborough in its palette, its composition! (notice I did NOT say "Boticelli")...I want photos from the horse show this weekend, lots of photos!
What a pretty horse! And, speaking as a non-horse owner, I'd say it's obvious that you trust her not to step on you. ;^)
