This is a picture of S on her horse Kelzon. She will use him one more summer for racing and then he too will go into retirement. In fact this summer he will be in semi-retirement meaning she will only use him for a few select classes.

Go, girl, go! Great photo of things I like best: girls and horses. How is S taking the transition between mounts?
So far it hasn't been warm enough for her to ride Classy. It will be a great learning year for her. Classy is trained more traditinally than Kelzon. Meaning that she responds to leg cues differntly, moving off the leg when its correctly asked etc. Kelzon was more back yard trained...jump on and ride... kick to go faster.
She does love to groom her, pick out her feet and give her treats though. And Classy is very patient with it all. Especially considering she is in a wide open field, and could just leave.
