The cutest thing

We are considering breeding Classy to an Appaloosa stud, as she is about done with her riding career due to arthritis. Therefore I have begun doing research on Appaloosa stallions to consider who to breed her to.

Yesterday as I was researching I came across an Appaloosa breeder who is offering this lovely filly for sale.

She's just so darn cute and comes from the same bloodlines as Classy. I know from what everyone tells me that buying one on the ground is often times cheaper than going the breeding route. In addition she is already born, so that saves us two years on the waiting to ride timeline. Lastly there is the moral issue I have been wrestling with about whether I should bring another horse into the world when there are SO many unwanted horses out there already.

So at this point I am ready and willing to take any donations towards purchasing this lovely girl! lol!!

Horses have a way of falling out of the sky...you never know...this oe is suh-weeeet! I say breeding is nice if you have the time, but with two teenagers who compete, it would seem like it would make more sense to find, like you said, a horse in need of two teenagers...

Oh now I like her! What a truly beautiful face!

I would love to breed Ruby just once....she is such a pretty girl and just the right age if we are going to do it. I can't imagine the joy of having a colt! (I can't imagine all the work either) lol.
