Another Kind of Trimming

Emmett got his hooves trimmed today by a new farrier. Tammy was kind enough to let us haul in and use her farrier.

He came out of the trim fine, a little ouchy but not too bad at all.

The week has been busy with running my girls to volleyball camp, tennis, marching band practice and tonight a horse show. Thankfully, despite that fact that we live about 10 miles from town, we have neighbors with kids the same age and we can carpool.

My Muskovy female ducks are setting again and I expect ducklings any day. Hopefully this time I can get a picture of them when they are approachable.

S set up this old enamel bathtub with some straw and shortly thereafter Chloe began setting. It won't be long!
