We're still trudging along here, never fear.
Emmett is doing a bit better. He has been on treatment since Tuesday with the weekend off. I see some improvement, and then not as much. Time will tell, and we are all keeping our fingers and toes crossed that this treatment will help him. He has become much easier to handle and quite the little buddy, unless you happen to be carrying a needle. *sigh* Hopefully he will out grow that! He is happy to see me and even nickers for me when he sees me coming.
We have ducklings. They are just the cutest little things. I think the latest count is thirteen. Craigslist will see them in a few weeks. Who needs seventeen ducks!?
Our old garage was tore down a few weeks ago and today they start excavating for the new garage. Our place has always looked a bit run down, so I was amazed what a difference getting rid of the old garage made. Next step is fixing the barn roof.
We by-passed any shows this weekend. With S off on her sixth grade trip and N at a youth leadership camp, we just couldn't swing it. The horses are getting fat and sassy with their time off, but tonight we will be back at it.
The school year is winding down, and not soon enough. I can see the weariness in my children's eyes. They need the break, and summers around here are always an adventure.

I want to see a picture of those baby ducks:-) How fun! I remember counting down those last weeks of school. Seemed to take forever.
